At the Fieldhouse, our end goal of pushing every individual to be the fastest, most explosive athlete they can be is only surpassed by the mission to make them as resistant to injury as possible. We seek to make your child as complete an athlete as they can be.

Our Story

The Fieldhouse is a sports enhancement performance center, and started in 2014. Our facility specializes in sports training specifically for athletes of all ages, but especially those that are currently in some type of competition.

Meet the Coach

Coach Josh, a USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance Coach, developed his program for athletes after spending 5 years playing football at the University of Mississippi and 1 year interning at the University of Alabama where he worked with football, men's and women's track & field, women's soccer and softball. He provides an Olympic based strength program in conjunction with an explosive sprint mechanics program geared towards forging agility, core strength and stability. His end goal is to create well rounded injury free athletes who excel in any sport.
